Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Mart Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and support the delivery of an exceptional shopping experience.
• This role is ideal for smart, driven individuals with strong leadership potential who can motivate teams and ensure operational excellence. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure shelves, displays, and store areas are well-organized and stocked.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and operational procedures.
• Support inventory management and stock control processes.
• Monitor customer service standards and resolve customer concerns.
• Prepare basic operational and sales reports.
• Supervise daily store operations and staff activities.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Basic computer proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Previous retail or supervisory experience is an advantage but not required.
• Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
